We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Platform
- Authenticate users and manage memberships
- Deliver courses, notifications, messaging, and community features
- Personalize recommendations, learning paths, and member discovery
- Process payments, credits, and subscriptions

3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, we process personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the Platform, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the member experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly if essential cookies are disabled.
Analytics cookies are set only if you turn them on. We use Google Analytics to count page views and see which parts of the Platform are used; we do not send it your name, email address, or the contents of any page URL beyond its path. Turning analytics off in Cookie Settings stops the collection and deletes the cookies it set. We also use Sentry to record technical errors so we can fix them.

We may share information with:
- Other members: profile details and community content you choose to make visible within the Platform
- Service providers: hosting, email, analytics, payment, AI, and customer support vendors that process data on our behalf
- Moderators and administrators: for support, safety review, and enforcement
- Legal and safety recipients: when required by law or to protect members, the Platform, or the public
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Public and Social Features
Information you post on your profile, feed, deal board, groups, events, or learning discussions may be visible to other members according to your settings and the feature you use. Think carefully before sharing sensitive business or personal information publicly.
7. AI Features
If you use the learning assistant or other AI tools, we may process your prompts and related context to generate responses and improve service quality. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party personal data you are not authorized to share.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. We may anonymize or delete data when it is no longer required.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong passwords and report suspicious activity promptly.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
