M&A House is an educational and professional networking platform for entrepreneurs, investors, advisors, and business owners. We provide courses, articles, community discussions, deal boards, events, messaging, and related tools to help members learn, connect, and collaborate.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Membership and Applications

Some features require membership approval. We may accept, reject, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion to protect the community and comply with applicable law. Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits may change with reasonable notice where required.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content
• Share confidential information without proper authorization
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Platform security or performance
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform to send spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial solicitations
• Circumvent access controls or use another member's account

5. Community and User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including posts, comments, messages, profiles, course submissions, and uploaded materials. By posting content, you grant M&A House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with other members. Community posts, deal listings, and messages do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Learning Content

Courses, quizzes, certificates, AI assistant responses, and educational materials are provided for informational and training purposes only. Completion of a course does not guarantee professional certification, employment, investment outcomes, or deal success.

7. Deals, Events, and Third Parties

Deal board listings, partner offers, event registrations, and third-party links are provided for discovery and networking. M&A House does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completion of any transaction between members or third parties. Any agreement you enter into with another user or partner is solely between you and that party.

8. Payments and Credits

Paid memberships, credits, subscriptions, or premium features are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, software, curated content, and course materials created by M&A House, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Platform materials except as expressly permitted.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may monitor, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms, harm other members, or create legal or security risk. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M&A HOUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M&A HOUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, DEAL OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access would create risk for the community or the Platform.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
